Staff were very attentive and helpful, the shuttle service was excellent and so was the laundry service. Would definitely stay again!

Had high hopes from a "5 Star" place, upon arrival we were greeted without a smile, which was ok but upon seeing our room we were horrified, it was filthy, it had a horrific smell, there was plenty of toxic black mold in the bathroom, the floors were wet, dust everywhere, spider webs, soiled pillows, uncomfortable bed, we could hear everything outside and above us, and more! We left after one night due to our experience and worry for health and safety.
